In the context of the Amsterdam North/South metro line, I was a jury member of the Ramses Shaffy Art Project for the Underground Station Vijzelgracht Amsterdam
The Ramses Shaffy Art Project is an ambitious contest for professional artists to create an art work inspired by Ramses Shaffy, his work and his life for the new Vijzelgracht underground station in Amsterdam. This unforgettable artist from Amsterdam deserves a monument of outstanding quality.
Out of all the contestants that presented their idea for an art work, the jury, consisting of Liesbeth List, Jeroen Krabbé, Jacques Klöters, Jos Houweling and Nina Folkersma, has selected 3 artists:
